Allergen award for H&J @Perenco. We are at Perenco’s main office who deal with oil and gas and are a French and English company. We are based in south Kensington where there are about 100 people on site serving 40-80 meals a day. We provide one hot main dish, one hot vegetarian dish, soup, deli salad and sandwich bar, home cooked cakes and grab and go items. We do provide hospitality but only a small amount which can be anything from sandwiches to canapes. There is just the three of us working here. I display my allergy info for the hot counters attached to the weekly menu which gets put on Perenco’s intranet. With everything else we do on a daily bases or we already have it recorded. I display on our counters a customer info notice about allergens and special dietary requirements and one that explains the 14 different allergens.
