What's the challenge? It's about giving up one or more food allergenic ingredients listed in the TOP EU 14 for two weeks from 1st September 2018.
The 14 allergens are: Cereals containing gluten – wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt or kamut; Crustaceans – e.g. lobster, crab, prawns and langoustine; Egg; Fish; Lupin; Milk; Molluscs – e.g. squid, octopus, mussels, cockles and snails; Nuts – almond, hazelnut, walnut, cashew, pecan nut, brazil nut, pistachio nut, macadamia nut and queensland nut; Peanut; Soya; Sesame; Celery and celeriac; Mustard and Sulphur dioxide & sulphites.
